These Terms govern your use of Linkadating. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Community Guidelines.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract to create an account. By using Linkadating you confirm this is true.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Provide accurate information and update it when it changes.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. You will not use Linkadating for harassment, fraud, spam, illegal activity, scraping, reverse engineering, or to build a competing service.
4. Content you post
You keep ownership of photos, videos, prompts, and messages you upload. You grant Linkadating a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and process this content solely to operate the service.
5. Subscriptions & purchases
Paid plans, Coins, Boosts, and Super Likes are billed through the payment processor you choose (Stripe, App Store, or Google Play). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Coins and virtual items are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Refunds
Except where local consumer law requires otherwise, all purchases are final. Refund requests for App Store or Google Play purchases must go through those platforms.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms or our Guidelines, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings.
8. Disclaimers
Linkadating is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not conduct criminal background checks and we are not responsible for the conduct of any user, on or off the app. Meet safely.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkadating and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence to the extent required by mandatory local law, and otherwise by the laws of the operating entity's jurisdiction.
