Linkadating is a place to meet real people for real connection. These guidelines exist so everyone feels safe being themselves. Using Linkadating means you agree to follow them.
1. Be authentic
Use recent photos of yourself, your real name or a name you go by, and an accurate age. No impersonation, catfishing, or misleading bios.
2. Be respectful
Treat every match like a human. No harassment, hate speech, slurs, threats, or unsolicited explicit content — ever.
3. Keep it safe
No nudity, sexual content involving minors, violence, self-harm content, illegal activity, weapons, or hard drugs. We use AI moderation and human review.
4. No spam or scams
Don't promote OnlyFans, cam sites, crypto, MLMs, or external services. Don't ask for money, gift cards, or bank details. Report anyone who does.
5. One account per person
You must be 18 or older. One profile per person. Don't share your account or use it on behalf of someone else.
6. Consent matters
Never share private photos, messages, or personal information about a match without their explicit consent.
7. Meet safely
Video chat before meeting. Meet in public. Tell a friend. Trust your instincts — if something feels off, leave and report.
8. Reporting & enforcement
Tap Report on any profile or message. Violations may result in warnings, feature limits, or permanent bans without refund.

Our Commitment
LinkaDating App ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting children and preventing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. We have a strict, zero-tolerance policy toward any content, behavior, or activity that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or otherwise harms minors. This policy applies to all users of LinkaDating App, all content shared through our services, and all interactions that take place on our platform.
Age Requirements
- LinkaDating is intended for use only by individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
- We do not knowingly permit minors to create accounts or use our services.
- Any account found to belong to, or to be used by, a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended and removed.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
We strictly prohibit the following on LinkaDating App:
- Uploading, sharing, soliciting, or distributing any content that depicts, describes, or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
- Any attempt to sexualize, groom, solicit, or engage in inappropriate communication with a minor.
- Using our platform to arrange or facilitate contact with a minor for sexual purposes.
- Misrepresenting one's age in order to interact with or target minors.
- Sharing links, references, or directions to CSAE content hosted elsewhere.
- Any behavior that endangers the safety or wellbeing of a child.
Enforcement
Violations of this policy will result in immediate and permanent action, including but not limited to:
- Immediate removal of the offending content
- Permanent suspension or termination of the user's account
- Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant law enforcement authorities, as required or appropriate
- Preservation of relevant account data and communications as required by law to support investigations
We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies, NCMEC, and other appropriate authorities in the investigation and prosecution of CSAE-related offenses.
Reporting a Concern
If you encounter content or behavior on LinkaDating App that you believe violates this policy or endangers a child, please report it immediately.

When reporting, please include:
- The username, profile link, or account information (if known) of the individual involved
- A description of the content or behavior of concern
- Screenshots or other evidence, if available
- The date and approximate time the content or behavior was observed
We review all reports promptly and take appropriate action, which may include account suspension, removal of content, and escalation to law enforcement or NCMEC. You may also report suspected CSAE directly to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org or by calling 1-800-843-5678.
Ongoing Commitment
LinkaDating App continuously reviews and improves its safety measures, moderation tools, and reporting mechanisms to prevent misuse of our platform and to protect children. We regularly train our moderation and support teams on identifying and responding to CSAE-related concerns.
