1. What we collect
Account info (email, phone, name, date of birth), profile content (photos, bio, prompts, interests), device and usage data, approximate location, and messages you send through the app.
2. How we use it
To create your profile, match you with other users, keep the service safe, process payments, send notifications you opt into, and improve features.
3. Who we share it with
Other users see what you put on your profile. We use vetted processors for hosting, payments, analytics, and moderation. We never sell your personal data.
4. AI moderation
Photos and messages may be scanned by automated systems to detect spam, nudity, and abuse. Human reviewers only see content that is flagged.
5. Your choices
You can edit or delete photos any time, hide your profile, turn off notifications, or delete your account permanently from Profile → Settings.
6. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, profile data is removed within 30 days. Some records (payments, safety reports) may be retained longer as required by law.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact privacy@linkadating.com to make a request.
